A few other things happened, namely making a sheet load of money. Note the figures down the bottom of this report clearly indicating Indian and American investment still trumped China in the UK.
Nice nuclear though. Hinkley Point? I foresee a bad American film. Notice how they refer to it as being run by a French firm. Classy. The British remain unsullied. Russell Crowe sighs. Your football sucks.

There are a few other things like Chinese and Russian support for Syria that Obama has banged on about, the Chinese warships in that very region, the fact that Arabs aren’t too happy about the whole palava oh and the Chinese claim that they still want a political solution.

Oh yeah, and that small matter of Russian strikes in Syria, possibly paving the way for an American or other response.
